Lawrence Barbell Club focuses on the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. In these classes you will learn the mastery of the snatch and clean & jerk. These movements are all about improving power output in competitive athletes and beginners alike.

We offer mixed martial arts and sparring classes for the novice and experienced alike. We started Lawrence Fight Club as a way to support local fighters in our area.
